This series of paintings celebrates the imperfect joy of life. They are the last episode in the evolution that has been my spring collection. The colours got louder. The shapes loosened. The process took on a life of its own, with more energy, freedom, and joy — the kind that spills out when you stop trying to tidy everything up.
