The faster drying formulation make is perfect the skilled tradesman wishing to work quickly. Gypsum based, this powdered product has been designed for all types of basecoat plasterwork such as filling deep cracks, chases and deep holes.

Make sure the surface area is dry, solid and free from debris. Mix by hand or mechanical whisk using clean water and equipment. Avoid over mixing. Mix ratio - we recommend you use 11.25L of water for 25kg. Suitable sealer or primer may be required depending on substrate. An applied thickness of 11mm is recommened. Thickness in excess of 11mm should be built up in a series of keyed coats of 8mm. Working time of 20-30 mins, setting time of 60 minutes. Ready to skim in 75 minutes. Can be used as a one coat if polished up, otherwise skim over.

Keep out of reach of children and animals. Inhalation of dust must be avoided. The work area must be ventilated or move to fresh air. A suitable face mask should be worn if sanding. Dust may be an irritant to eyes, sensitive skin or respiratory system. Contact should be avoided with eyes and skin. Suitable protection should be worn. If product comes in contact with eyes or skin, wash at once with clean water. In the case of eye contact, bathe eyes for 15 minutes. If irritation persists seek medical advice. Ingestion should be avoided. If ingested, rinse mouth with clean water and seek medical advice. Vomiting should not be induced.Product manual handling – always use approved manual handling methods.
