Pieris are an absolute must given their interesting foliage. The beautiful green and white-edged foliage emerges in spectacularly fiery red-tipped shoots, adding beautiful contrast to the clusters of tiny bell-shaped white flowers in spring. They are the perfect addition for spring colour and can also be grown in borders or containers.

Dig soil improver in to the soil. Dig a hole twice as big as the pot, remove the pot from the rootball and place in the hole, ensuring the top of the plant roots is level with the soil surface. Backfill soil around the roots and water well
Water regularly in dry spells during the growing season
Soil pH - Acid to neutral
H5 - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters (-15 to -10°C)
