Designed in-house after months of development and deliberation at Rose and Grey HQ, we are so proud to announce our new and exclusive Heritage furniture Collection - a pivotal range in our Autumn Winter Weaver Story.
The collection comprises of side tables, benches, consoles and bedsides and each design is available in what we consider to be our core palette - ash black, pancetta white, desert rose pink and olive green.
Made completely be hand using age old joinery methods, the range is crafted from Poplar wood - a hardwood that’s perfect for cabinetry since it’s durable but also lightweight (meaning you can change your mind as to where you put your piece as often as you like).
In production, the environment was at the heart of decision making. Poplar is one of the most sustainable woods that can be used for joinery and the paint we selected is GREENGUARD Gold Certified meaning that there are no VOC’s whatsoever. Each piece is intended to have multiple uses in the hope that we’ve created furniture to last you a lifetime (a bench can be used for shoe storage in a hallway or as a slim coffee table, its totally up to you).
Evocative of a traditional 17th Century style, the turned curves, twisty forms and sturdy bobbin legs are evocative of all of the tools and shapes found in a weavers studio - the Heritage range is tradition with a wry smile - these pieces are joyful and classic - everything that Rose & Grey embodies.
