Our current stock of waxed canvas is lighter than shown in the rucksack photos. The close-up photo shows the new colour and distressed texture. Each backpack is made by leatherworking experts using traditional tool and techniques. Our canvas is hand-dyed in small batches and then waxed, which may result in variations in colour and shading. This canvas distresses easily, so creases, folds and distress marks may be visible. This can also occur through use. There may also be some transfer of wax or oil from the canvas onto light coloured materials. We cannot accept responsibility if this occurs.

If you want to make this a personalised gift for you or someone else, please know that we will provide a bag tag for embossing rather than embossing the actual bag.
