To attach block and theraband:

Place theraband on hook of Omala pendant.
Drop pendant cord through inserts on block.
Pull cord to thread theraband through block, then unhook.

Care: Keep dry and out of direct sunlight. Wipe clean with dry or damp cloth if needed and avoid acidic or alkaline cleaning solutions. Do not twist or tie theraband. If the rubber sticks together, apply a light layer of talcum powder or lotion to unstick.
