The Novy Easy Pro Recirculation is an 80cm vented induction hob featuring a quiet central matrix extractor that automatically regulates the extraction speed once cooking begins. This powerful vented recirculation hob includes two large Flex zones and benefits from a wide range of functions that are designed to make surface cooking easier.

This surface or flush mounted hob features four octagonal 240 x 210mm cooking zones that can be converted into two Flexzones on either side of the central extractor vent. This is used with a bridging function, which will intuitively activate if a larger pan is placed across the zones, ensuring the temperature is the same across both zones. Featuring automatic pot detection, pans can be moved around the hob and the temperature will also remain the same once resituated. With red slider controls for each zone, there are nine power levels, with two further boost functions, Power and Super Power, which bring the zones or Flexzones to maximum power level at a single touch of the controls.
Further functions that are designed to simplify the cooking process include 99-minute timers on each zone, an independent cooking timer and a count up timer. An Automatic Cooking function immediately reduces boiling water to a simmer when it has reached boiling point, and once food is cooked, it can be kept on a Keep Warm function at 70°C. Should there be any need to pause the cooking process, a Stop&Go function will reactivate the time and temperature setting with a simple touch. This hob also features a useful Grill function for use with an additional grill or teppanyaki pan accessory.

Together with intuitive cooking functions, the central matrix extractor also has intuitive features. Once cooking has started, it will detect cooking odours and vapours and will automatically regulate the extraction speed in order to quickly and quietly remove them to leave only clean air in the kitchen. The Novy Easy is also simple to maintain: the frame of the metal grease filter is also a collection tray should something boil over and run into the extractor. Both the grease filter frame and the matrix grid are removable and dishwasher safe.

Featuring Novy’s Pure 3.0 technology, this vented recirculation hob has the recirculation box integrated within the appliance. This means that warm air no longer needs to be vented to an outside wall using lengths of ducting, fully recycling the heat back into the kitchen, thus saving energy. In addition, it can be situated anywhere in the kitchen, which provides greater freedom when designing and planning an open plan space and makes installation far easier.
Advanced extraction performance is based on the use of Novy’s Monoblock filters which powerfully neutralise between 95% and 100% of unpleasant odours from the kitchen, including fish, within 20 minutes after cooking has ended. Monoblock filters are made from millions of 0.5mm carbon granule spheres which are compressed into a complex maze structure that provides highly efficient odour absorption. Water-repellent and non-flammable, they need to be renewed after 900 hours of cooking, or every three to five years, making them extremely cost-effective.
