It is a natural vegetable fibre that can be spun into strong and durable threads. Mango wood has a light natural tone with natural variation within the grain. We love working with this material which is a by-product of the mango-growing industry in India and repurposing it to give it a new lease of life. Once the trees are no longer fruitful, they are taken down and we use them to create many of our stylish, eclectic and sustainable furnishings for use throughout the home. This leather upholstery is handmade from buffalo leather, which is a natural byproduct.
