Introducing our Hot Smoker Cabinet, the big brother to our smaller Roasting/Smoker Oven. The Smoker stands at 1.2 metres and has five internal smoking shelves at different heights allowing for control over the depth of your smoking flavours. At the top of the cabinet are two steel bars for hanging whatever meat or fish takes your fancy.
