Description
Colourful illustration of feminist artist Frida Kahlo. Frida Kahlo used her art to spark discussion about the exclusion of women and non-western artists in art history. As a very important player in art history she was crowned 'one of the most important artists of the 20th century' by Tate Modern. This illustration was made by Swiss artist Nina, better known as Threechild. Nina's creative side started to show at a very young age as she was passionate about painting and photography. After a certain amount of time she started working with brands like Mercedes and Tchibo. With a playful curiousity Nina constantly searches for new perspectives. Her artwork is mainly characterised by its stunning imaginative depth as well as its use of beautiful colours.
