Crafted from a solid oak framework, the bed is hand-carved and stained with a satin varnish to enhance the medullary rays within the oak. The headboard and deep footboard are upholstered in life-proof intelligent velvet in a rich brown colourway. A bed destined to become a future heirloom, handed down through the generations.

Like all natural materials, oak has inherent disparities in colour and grain pattern, so each piece of wood used to make this French Bed will have its own unique variation that will include knots, lines, colour difference, tiger grain, medullary rays, colour variation or shadowing.
