A remarkable and exquisite antique Victorian brooch featuring a 1.45 carat sapphire, 6.16 carat diamond, and natural pearl, set in a 9 carat yellow gold and silver crown design; it is part of our extensive collection of Victorian brooches.

This exceptional antique brooch has been meticulously crafted in 9ct yellow gold with a silver framework. The design is inspired by a crown or coronet.

The intricately pierced band of the crown is adorned with alternating Old European cut diamonds and round faceted cut sapphires, each set in lozenge-shaped pavé settings.

Atop this striking band is a graceful arrangement of fleur-de-lis motifs, featuring thirty pavé set diamonds and five natural yellow diamonds, along with a single claw set diamond at each inward curve.

The upper section of this splendid antique brooch showcases protruding pales that display six individually claw set natural brown diamonds, interspersed with exquisite natural pearls.

The lower edge of the crown is framed by a curvilinear border of thirteen Old European cut diamonds, completing the overall design.

This antique crown brooch, adorned with gemstones, fastens securely at the back with a hinged pin and clasp mechanism.
