Helen Round is excited to reveal their latest product, a large linen wheat bag that offers natural heat therapy, to help soothe menstrual cramps, frozen shoulder and muscle strain.

Last year, Helen Round suffered from an acute frozen shoulder. She made a Wheat Bag to get relief from the constant pain. She and the team tested out a few designs and were so happy with the final sample, they are now available as part of the Helen Round Wellbeing Collection.

 

These lovely wheat bags can be heated in the microwave/oven or cooled in the freezer for either a hot or cold compression - the safe and natural way to help ease aches and pains.
