Mental fitness coach and founder of Reaching My Best, Claire Renée Thomas, has today launched her Shine Your Light Journal. Accompanying the popular Shine Light Cards released earlier this year, the journal has been carefully designed to awaken people’s minds and unlock their true potential as they pursue their health and wellness goals.

Beautifully designed with a linen hardback cover and gold edging, there are enough pages for over a year of journaling, with each A6 page allocated to a day.
