The light among lights. A true symbol of the Parisian history and lifestyle. LUXXU’s brand new apartment is the epitome of the French capital charm and penetrating magic.
Created by the mind of LUXXU's experts, the Vivant Parisian Apartment has been thought to detail and evokes a few French classics. Starting by the opulence of stepping a herringbone parquet floor, from feeling the warm sunlight through the double windows to the elegant signature trumeau at the walls.
Once in, one can almost feel the avant-garde scent, where the living room could be an art gallery and the closet a fashion store from the Champs-Élysées.
For the most bohemian souls, living from culture and art, this would be the perfect match.

Paris: The City of Lights

Paris is worldwide known as the City of Lights. There are some reasons behind it, like the age of enlightenment, when the city was the cradle of the intellectual movement, or because they were one of the first to install street lighting as a measure of safety for the citizens.
However, at present, it is impossible to ignore the spectacle of lights that la Ville Lumière gives every single night. There are over 296 illuminated sites in the city, in which 33 are bridges that shine at each sunset for the delight of the beholder.
On the architecture and design level, Paris is a reference for the world. From quirky layouts and charming architectural details, Parisian design is known for having impeccable taste. After all, this is the capital of luxury, design, and fashion.
No better location could be found for the Vivant Parisian Apartment.

Entryway

As always, when entering a LUXXU home, already at the entrance the brand identity is clearly felt.
The classicism aesthetics are cleverly combined with the finest pieces of decoration, creating an inviting atmosphere for the visitors and, of course, our client.
One step in, and the Nubian ottoman is already visible as well as the Waterfall technical wall light, illuminating the sizable welcome painting. The Gala floor lamp provides the ultimate golden touch.

Hallway

The green emerald leads the way through the corridor, in the form of a rug, while the herringbone timber floorboards, as a typical floor element, provide the French classic tone. The Waterfall II big wall lamp adds another level of decorative extravagance along the way, and the McQueen III mirror masterfully decorates the patterned wall. The Scarp console and Armour stool compose the interior design with extra charm and utility.

Kitchen

Knowing that the meals are sacred for the French, the kitchen couldn’t be neglected. Modern and practical, this space settles on a magnificent marble floor and is prepared for the most distinguished French gastronomy dishes.
LUXXU’s Darian dining table, surrounded by the Charla II family, is carefully placed under a beautiful skylight with the special presence of the Explosion suspension lamp. The cabinets are pleasantly adorned with the Baruka family from Pullcast, which provides an esoteric atmosphere. Three Liberty small pendants fixed above the marble counter close the room with a golden key.

Office

Decorated with the patterned green, this room is an ode to plants and nature in general, as it means growth and renewal. A seductive and powerful ambiance was created, fully embodying the bohemian lifestyle this project has in its genesis.
LUXXU’s lighting pieces, such as the Pharo floor, the Waterfall XL wall, and the Gamma table lamps, always well combined, illuminate this dark hue room and make it even more exquisite.
Concerning the office furniture, the Apotheosis desk, the Charla office chair, and the Lloyd bookcase make this space the ideal workplace.
No need to leave the house for an after-work drink, as the Equator bar cabinet and the Glance mirror, from Boca do Lobo, upgrade the office into a bar ambiance.

Dining Room

Highlighted with traditional and antique-looking pieces from baroque to rococo, and particularly from the Louis XV period, this room has a distinctly French flavor.
The nature mood continues through the walls with a piece of fresh contemporary fabric, perfectly combined with the antique-looking Nº11 chairs by Boca do Lobo.
The distinctive Beyond dining table, as the main piece of the room, has an imponent presence, however, the white lacquer makes it blend perfectly in the mood board.
An audacious client needs an audacious piece of lighting, so, the Babel II suspension, with its metallic shine, flows along with the ceiling.

Living Room

Starting with key elements, the comfortable Senzu Sofa, with its unique design, combines with the white grand piano and the Charla single sofas.
With a feminine touch, the Mcqueen round suspension foliage merges into the décor theme with their one-by-one hand-hammered leaves.
The emerald green Empire Set I center table, made with a bespoke marble top, naturally follows the color palette and ties together, with his hints of gold, all of LUXXU’s lighting and furniture pieces like the Trump II wall, Needle wall lamp, and Empire column display.

Bedroom

The feminine bohemian essence and the never-ending romance vibe of Paris are crowned in this exotic bedroom in a superior way.
Memories are perpetuated within the walls, and a pair of beautiful plants were added to create the right ambiance, just as our client requires, to remember his adventurous trips in the jungle.
The Senzu Chaise Long was placed to extend the alluring spirit, and the Mcqueen family, with his almost emotional design, provides the ultimate drama to this setting. The Charla collection of ottoman, bed, and the Waltz valet allude to royals, castles, and palaces.

Closet

As the capital of fashion, a luxurious closet couldn’t be obliterated. And there he is, full of glamour and French good taste.
Thought to be a feminine space, LUXXU used the inseparable set of Empire dressing table and Empire bench that will never let this bold woman go out without the perfect look.
The vivant lifestyle starts here and promises to be très bon!
