Olenka Design is pleased to present its Autumn/Winter velvet fabric collection launched earlier this year. Bold, colourful florals printed on sumptuous velvet fabric will make a statement with your decor this season.

Known for her folk-inspired wallpaper designs, designer Olga Shevchenko is expanding her homeware product range by adding a luxurious velvet fabric collection. The beautifully styled patterns feature swirls of hand-painted flowers, leaves, and berries. Autumn/Winter velvet fabric collection includes Milana and Velina designs in four striking colourways. Both fabric designs have coordinating wallpaper available.

Milana design is a modern twist on the traditional Russian painting style called Khokhloma. This classy design features a composition of beautifully painted flowers and leaves, complemented by freehand brush strokes. The original pattern was painted by hand similarly to the way the craftsmen of the past would paint it many years ago.

Russian folk-inspired design Velina was given a fresh look by using the modern colour palette. Bold pink flowers offset against a contrasting tropical blue background, complemented by midnight blue leaves. Velina Tropical velvet is a statement fabric. It’s perfect for cushions, curtains, and upholstery.

The luxury shimmering velvet is a sumptuous fabric that can be used for a wide range of soft furnishings and upholstery projects. The fabric has a short pile velvet with a stick backing which makes it very easy to handle. Our velvet is a 100% polyester fabric printed using dye sublimation. It is extremely hardwearing, which makes it suitable for hospitality projects.
