Floor-standing, it can easily and quickly be attached to a wall with keyhole fixings on the back of the piece and has a carved recess to allow for a skirting board.

Hand upholstered in a small workshop in India. The frame is crafted from mango wood which is a by-product of mango farming. Mango trees are initially grown for their fruit, and harvested over a number of years, then once the trees have stopped bearing fruit, they are cut down to allow farmers to plant more trees. Selling the waste material also provides the farmers with a supplementary income.
