Charlie started with a simple love of bread-making. Founders Tara and Neil wanted to bake perfect sourdough outdoors, but nothing on the market quite delivered. Barbecues lacked control, pizza ovens were too limited, and ceramic eggs were too much hassle. So, they created Charlie—a versatile charcoal oven that could do it all.

Inspired by the charcoal ovens used by top chefs, Charlie makes cooking over fire easy, efficient, and packed with flavour. From slow-cooked brisket to crispy pizzas, whole fish to flame-roasted veg, and, of course, incredible bread, it delivers exceptional results without the stress.
