Baking pizzas at home is a whole lot easier and more satisfying in the Charlie Oven. Bake several pizzas at once. No turning, simply place the pizzas on the pizza stones and bake with the door closed for 3 minutes at 375°C. Now everyone can enjoy eating their pizzas together. Perfect pizzas every time.
This is Charlie. Charlie is an outdoor charcoal oven that can do pretty much anything.
It's a BBQ, it's a grill, it's a smoker, it's a pizza oven, it's a bread oven, it's an oven.
It can cook any sort of food with amazing versatility, with amazing ease, and create fantastic restaurant-quality, charcoal-cooked food. Effortlessly.
Cook a leg of lamb for six hours at 100°C, cook three pizzas at the same time in three minutes at 400°C, cook a whole meal at once, bake bread, smoke salmon. Whatever you want.
Charlie is luxury outdoor cooking, made easy.
Made in Nottingham.
All-year-round cooking.
One of the great advantages of the way it cooks is that you can cook all year round.
Because Charlie means hands-off cooking, you do not need to stand over it in the pouring rain, or the freezing cold.
And when you open the door, it's not like top-opening cooking device, like a BBQ or a kamado oven, where you lose all the heat ... and the rain gets on your food.
It means that you can set the temperature on the Charlie oven, put in your food, and go indoors and have a nice cup of tea, while the oven is creating the magic for you. You really can use it all year round. Nearly all of Charlie’s owners tend to use their oven week-in, week-out, throughout the year, because it’s so versatile and so easy to use.
Imagine cooking your whole Christmas dinner, or a whole family roast lunch, while you’re relaxing indoors. And with almost no washing up!
Built to last.
If you’re wondering, does it last outdoors, and can you leave it outdoors, the simple answer is yes.
It’s designed to live and work and last outdoors forever and a day. It's 165 kilogrammes of solid steel. All the steel that you can see on the outside is stainless (point out things like the chimney, hinges, vent knobs, castors, door handle), so it won't rust. All the steel on the inside of the oven, apart from the grates themselves, is stainless, which makes it super-easy to use and super-easy to clean.
