Marrying the elegance of Georgian architecture with contemporary innovation and modern country sensibilities, this new-build property by Sherbourne Developments represents the best of all worlds.
Located in the Cotswolds, it was built for a family of four, including two teenagers. The interior was designed by Margaret Morgan, Design Head at Sherbourne Interiors. ‘The clients wanted a Georgian-style house and the brief was to create a more modern aesthetic that tied in with the Georgian look,’ she explains. ‘The clients love colour and pattern and wanted to create a cosy forever home.’ As the clients have a dog, and also to tie in with the Georgian aesthetic, stone floors in the key areas were a prerequisite.
